by and large with few exceptions at all levels not vacating
accommodation allotted to them on retirement or discharge?
Their not having paid dues for various services?
They wielding enormous influence after discharge?
WHAT GOVERNANCE ARE WE TALKING-EXCEPT
APPLICABLE TO POOR COMMON MEN WHO HAVE
NO SHIELD?
MAY WE ASK WHAT AND DID THOSE WHO WERE RESPONSIBLE
FOR RECOVERY NOT MADE ANSWERABLE-PENALISED-REMOVED
FOR GRANTING SELECTIVE FLAVOUR?
